UCAS Media brand feedback sessions

Terms and conditions for the brand feedback sessions being held to understand perceptions and motivations for working with UCAS/UCAS Media.
  1. UCAS Media organises feedback sessions for our current business contacts from Higher Education Providers, Accommodation Providers and commercial and industry customers who wish to discuss their perceptions of the UCAS Media Brand (Feedback Sessions).
  2. The Feedback Sessions will be hosted by Savanta Group Limited (trading as Savanta ComRes) who will invite participants selected at random to take part in the Feedback Sessions. 
  3. Feedback Sessions are only open to those business contacts that are employees of:
    1. Higher Education Providers; 
    2. UCAS Media commercial and industry customers;
    3. Accommodation Providers;
    4. who have permission from their employers to take part and who are:
    5. resident in England, Scotland and Wales;
    6. aged 18 years or over; and
    7. not an employee or director of any member of the UCAS Group nor their immediate families and households.
      (Criteria).
  4. UCAS Media may require you to provide evidence that you meet the Criteria.
  5. If you agree to take part in the Feedback Session you will need to arrange a mutually convenient time to take part in a short telephone interview and will ensure that such feedback is complete and accurate in all material respects.
  6. As a thank you for your participation in a Feedback Session, UCAS Media will donate £50 per participant to Mind, on behalf of a maximum of 20 participants (up to a maximum of £1000). Mind are a mental health charity (charity number: 219830) who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind also campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
  7. Please note only one donation will be made for each person (up to a maximum of 20 participants) who participates in a Feedback Session i.e. after the session takes place. 
  8. Data Protection
    1. By agreeing to take part in a Feedback Session you agree that Savanta ComRes will use your personal information for the purpose of administering your participation in a Feedback Session which will be used to help UCAS Media better understand how to improve the UCAS Media Brand.
    2. Data from the Feedback Sessions is presented back to UCAS Media in an aggregated, anonymised, format, unless you consent to Savanta ComRes providing UCAS Media your data with any contact information appended e.g. email address, phone number and so on. This would be freely given and not a requirement of conducting market research, unless the research required it for a specific lawful reason e.g. to conduct face-to-face research which you would opt-in to and so on. 
    3. If you have any questions or concerns about the personal information held about you by Savanta ComRes, please contact dpo@Savanta.com.
    4. We may also use your contact details for marketing of UCAS Group products and services we feel you may be interested in if we have a legitimate interest to do so. You will be able to unsubscribe using the links in our messages or contact services@ucas.ac.uk.
    5. You may amend, update or delete your personal information at any time. 
    6. We will not publish or share any information that identifies you personally without gaining your prior permission. For further details on how your data is used and stored, please see our Privacy Notice.
  9. 9.    General
    1. UCAS Media reserves the right to amend these terms and the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the details of Feedback Sessions at any time.
    2. By participating in the Feedback Session you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions  and our Generic Terms of Service. If there are any conflicts between these terms and conditions and our Generic Terms of Service, these conditions shall prevail.
    3. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, UCAS Media may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Feedback Session.
    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
